Author, activist and journalist Judith Levine illuminates the ways that history, culture, politics, and the marketplace are entwined in intimate life. She is the author of four books, including Harmful to Minors: The Perils of Protecting Children From Sexand, most recently, Not Buying It: My Year Without Shopping. Judith writes “Poli Psy,” a column about emotions in politics, for the Vermont weekly Seven Days, and serves as a director of the National Center for Reason & Justice.
